Jeyald Antony Rasaratnam
Managing Director
Jeyald is a result-driven, analytically-minded Development Practitioner with broad experience in Capacity Building, Community Development, Livelihoods, SME and Social Entrepreneurship, Private Partnership, Disability-inclusive Development, and Digital Marketing on a global scale. He has fifteen years of experience in Training Management and sound knowledge and experience in Training Cycle Management.
Jeyald has 20 years of professional experience in the humanitarian and development sector in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. He has earned an MSc in Digital Marketing from Technological University of the Shannon, Ireland; Master of Business Administration (MBA – International Business) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom, and graduated Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance Management.
Besides, Jeyald is a certified Master Trainer of the Start and Improve Your Business programme of ILO, Master Trainer of Mutual Learning Program on Employability and Essential Skills, Local Value Chain Development Facilitator and Business Adviser for Social Enterprise. In addition, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK and a qualified Project Management Development Professional
Nithini Jeyald Antony
Chief Operations Officer
Nithini has 10 years of experience in operations and project management. She has a qualified Accountant and worked with corporate sectors and INGOs in Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. She earned a Diploma in Project Management and Certificate in Community Development.
She manages the day-to-day operations, financial management, business communications, Training coordination, and business development. In addition, Nithini is Trainer for community development and project management.
Prof. Dr. N. Kengatharan
Senior Consultant
Navaneethakrishnan Kengatharan has graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He earned an MBA from the University of Peradeniya in 2008 and an MSc from Kingston University London, the UK in 2011. He obtained his higher academic qualification, Ph.D. from Kingston University London, the UK in 2015. He has almost 20 years of experience in research and teaching. Notable, he has published many research papers in high-quality academic journals. His recent article was published in the International Journal of Manpower (A-ranked journal-ABDC list). His researcher ID is E-2586-2019 and Orcid is 0000-0002-1673-4071.
In addition to the above qualifications and experience, he has conducted many workshops including the implementation of the 5s system, building smarter working practices, office management, training and development, performance management, changing people attitudes, stress at work and family, team building, and other statistical workshops.
Kumaravel Purusothaman
Master Trainer and Legal Adviser
Kumaravel Purusothaman is an Development Practitioner with sound experience on skills enhancement and enterprise development. He is a master-trainer, motivator, and business coach with more than 16 years of experience in the field of training and capacity building for private sector and development organizations.
Purusoth has successfully provided TOT training to nearly 40 educators and trainers and directly trained more than 2,500 employees of small and medium scale enterprises, covering various industries in the Eastern, Northern, North Central, and Uva Provinces. Development.

He qualified L.L.B (Honus) at University of Wolverhampton and providing legal advise and training.
